What We Treat

We treat the whole picture, not just the piece in front of us.

Encompass provides mental health care across the full hormonal lifespan — PMDD, perinatal depression, anxiety and OCD, and menopause and HRT — alongside general mental health care: depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and insomnia. You don't need to be in crisis to see us. If you're just dealing with brain fog or hot flashes and want answers, that's reason enough.

Mental health doesn't happen in a vacuum, and for women, hormones are often the part of the story that gets left out. At Encompass, we treat both the hormone-driven side of mental health and the everyday side — sometimes in the same appointment. Adderall, estrogen, Zoloft, whatever the answer turns out to be — we're not afraid to go wherever the actual picture points.

You don't have to be in crisis to see us. If you're just dealing with brain fog and hot flashes and want real answers, that's reason enough. You don't need to check some invisible box marked "bad enough yet."

If you've been told your symptoms are "just stress" or "just part of being a woman," or you've bounced between providers without a real answer — this is what we specialize in. You don't need a crisis to qualify. Brain fog, insomnia, feeling like yourself has gone missing — that's enough of a reason to come in.
