February 12, 2026What to Expect
You don't have to have it all figured out before you get here.
We know that getting to this appointment probably took more than it should have. Maybe you're not even sure this is the right kind of care, or you're worried your symptoms aren't "bad enough" to justify being here. They are. This page is here so the unknowns aren't standing between you and getting help.
❋ Before Your Appointment
Before your first appointment, we’ll send you a packet of forms to complete. This will include questions about your symptoms, health history, previous diagnoses, medications, and a few screening tools that help us get a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing. You’ll also be asked to provide your insurance information and keep a credit card on file.
Please make sure all paperwork is completed before your appointment so we can spend our time together actually talking about you—not filling out forms. If you’re transferring from another provider or clinic, we can also help you complete a release of information so your previous records can be sent to us and included in your treatment planning. If this is your first time seeking care, that’s completely fine too. We’ll start from the beginning and walk you through it.
What we'd recommend bringing:
A list of current medications and dosages
Any relevant history from previous providers (if you have it — if not, that's okay too)
A general sense of your symptoms and when they started, even if it's messy or incomplete
❋ What Happens at Your First Appointment
Your first visit is about the whole picture, not just the symptom that finally got you to book. We'll talk through your mental health history, your hormonal history, your medications, and what's actually going on day to day because for women, those are rarely separate conversations.
Intakes are 60 minutes and done in-person. Some exceptions can be made for this. We go through your intake paperwork in detail, discuss any previous diagnoses or medications, develop a treatment plan and spend time answereing any questions or concerns you may have. Follow ups can be done in person or telehealth with a few exceptions and last 30 minutes, always witht the same provider.
You won't leave with a $1,200/month supplement plan or a $800 lab panel pitch. You'll leave with a real plan, based on what's actually happening in your body and your life, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
A few things we want you to know:
We believe you. Full stop. You won't have to convince us your symptoms are real.
We take our time. You're not being rushed through a checklist.
We keep looking. If the first answer isn't the right one, we don't stop there.
You don't need to be in crisis. Brain fog, insomnia, feeling like yourself has gone missing — that's enough of a reason to be here.
This isn't a luxury med-spa experience. Come as you are.
